I have made this recipe for a few years now, and I finally perfected it! My husband can eat two large servings of this for dinner every night. A stout gravy filled with ground lamb, onion, and peas and carrots and topped off with cheesy mashed potatoes make this a dinner that can be made ahead of time and enjoyed all year.
Ingredients: potatoes, butter, flour, Guinness or stout, beef broth, heavy cream, salt, pepper, cheddar, olive oil, yellow onion, garlic, ground lamb, frozen peas and carrots, and paprika.
